30 Avenue Montaigne is an address all fashionistas of the world will know – or any Sex and the City fans! For those of you who are unfamiliar with the address, it belongs to Dior’s flagship store in Paris.
Back in 1946 Christian Dior knew that the little town house that stood at this address would be the home of his fashion label; and the classic elegance of this building is the perfect setting for the brand we all know so well.
To this day the heart of Dior is at this store and this year they came back to show the Autumn/Winter 18-19 collection in February. To follow on from this and to launch the collection, 30 Avenue Montaigne is now encased in a tarpaulin with the same decoration of the show. The print is a colourful explosion, reflecting the energy and passion of the 1960’s youth, just like their latest collection.
Dior posted an image of the store earlier this month to celebrate Couture week. With the store and their collection they wanted to recall the sweeping societal changes the 60’s youth brought with them. The collection is available exclusively at the flagship store.

The legendary Paris boutique will forever be turning heads dressed up or not, but if you do manage to find yourself in Paris soon… make sure you take a trip down to 30 Avenue Montaigne.
